Pillar: Collaborative

We face a lot of complexity in our work and our lives. And it seems like the solutions we create for ourselves to address complex problems is more complexity. We add new tools to processes and methods and data, all in a hope of getting work done and moving people in the right direction. But sometimes the complexity of our training, solutions, and approaches makes us forget the simple underlying principles involved with helping people achieve things and being a great leader. We find that the little things - keeping a service-based mindset, creating rituals and consistency, asking questions, active listening, and more - actually add up to the BIG things that will enable you to lead better and stronger!
