Johnson 221

This workshop was for students who wanted to learn how to better determine what employers are paying for the job they want when they graduate, and how to negotiate to be paid what they are worth doing that job.
Participants learned about wage gap issues and salary resources they can use.  This experience was especially helpful for women but men were very much encouraged to join!

The event was offered 3 times during the 2017-2018 school year in partnership through the COE’s Program for Women & Minorities and the COE Leadership Academy.  It counted towards completion of one requirement for the Leadnership Academy PROFESSIONAL pillar.
