The Society of Women Engineers Willamette Valley Section hosted a panel discussion on leadership. The panelists, leaders from industry and academia, shared their approaches to strategic leadership and what it takes to become a successful leader within the world of STEM, with a focus on women as leaders.  The panelists explored the importance of what you know, who you know, and how to present yourself.

Panelists: Toni Doolen, dean of the OSU College of Education and the Honors College; Belinda Batten, OSU College of Engineering Executive Associate Dean; Mindy Hamlin, Director of Operations at Hewlett-Packard; Pam Johnson, retired VP of Technology at Emerson.
