MIME PechaKucha: Student Organization Showcase & Competition | October 29th, 2018

Leadership Academy Pillar: PROFESSIONAL or COLLABORATIVE

 

All MIME student organizations are invited to prepare a PechaKucha presentation about their group to present on Monday, October 29, 2018. This event is designed to elevate student leadership and showcase MIME student organizations.

The PechaKucha presentation format, where speakers present 20 slides shown for 20 seconds each, is a framework to develop engaging, short presentation skills as well as to share information in a social and creative manner.

Leadership Academy members who participate in one of these presentations are eligible to receive pillar credit for this event.

 

Members who are interested need to:

1. Sign up with Lynn Ekstedt, MIME Outreach and Industry Relations Liaison.
2. Email Molly Carpenter (Leadership Academy Program Management Intern) at coeleadershipacademy@oregonstate.edu indicating that you are going to take part in the event.
3. Upon verification of your participation following the project, you will receive access to complete a brief survey reflection via the Academy Portal as required for all Academy events.
4. You will receive a credit towards completion of the Academy PROFESSIONAL or COLLABORATIVE pillar visible on your account in the Academy Portal!
