Students in the Academy will complete a minimum of 3 informational interviews with professional engineers and members of industry with roles/careers they aspire to.   


Students in the Academy can work with our program staff to identify good potential mentor contacts.  There are many professionals who have already expressed their willingness to engage with Academy members in this way.  Students may also choose to identify and contact mentors not identified by program staff.  Either way, students will provide documentation of the interaction and engage in intentional mental processing of the interaction and implications for leadership via their account in the Leadership Portal.
