Leading Change

Facilitated by: Barry Hendrix

Leadership Academy Pillar: COLLABORATIVE

"The only constant is change"

-the Greek philosopher Heraclitus of Ephesus (535 BC - 475 BC)

As an engineer today, you live in challenging times. The pace of change is faster that it has ever been at any point in the history of humankind and will be getting faster in the future.

What does this mean to you and your career?

In this presentation, we learned:

  1. How people respond to change
  2. How change effects us all
  3. Tools you can use to help manage change efforts

It was based on the works of John Kotter (“Leading Change” and “Heart of Change”) and based on years of technical business and industry experience as an individual contributor through President, the presenter also provided proven insights into the complex world of leading and managing change.

Details and required event registrations are available in the Academy Portal for members.
