We invite you to this conversation with Sara Caldwell-Kan, Assistant Director for the Asian & Pacific Islander Cultural Center, to explore how leadership shows up within the API community and how we can combat the white heteropatraichal ideologies that have affected the community. We will discuss how privilege and power show up in leadership roles, and how this can exclude other API folxs from being in leadership roles.
