What if we told you that with a little time and effort, you could begin to develop your very own legion of "superfans?" Superfans are people in your professional network who are more than just a LinkedIn contact - they invest in your growth, believe in you, and evangelize your brand. This interactive learning session, facilitated by Diana Roses, Senior Technical Manager of GMP Services at Genentech, was designed to provide students with a paradigm shift of how to view their network. It was also intended to provide students with a practical guide of how to go about identifying potential "superfans" and what to do when you connect with them.

Diana Roses is a dynamic professional with over 15 years of broad experience in Protein Biologics and Cell Therapy Manufacturing organizations. Through roles involving people leadership, global quality investigations, Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement, and technical operations support; she has built a strong track record of delivering optimal performance.

Diana currently works as a Senior Technical Manager at Genentech’s, Hillsboro Drug Product Filling Site. In this role Diana utilizes her depth of equipment and process knowledge to lead teams to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize asset utilization through the application of lean concepts. She also, applies her passion for developing Genentech’s talent pipeline through leading the site intern program; where student soft-skill and early career development are key areas of focus.
