We are thrilled to return to Grow to Pro...IN-PERSON!
*Please note: due to current COVID-19 challenges, as of Wednesday, January 13, 2022 Grow to Pro has now been rescheduled for Saturday, April 23, 2022. If you registered prior to January 13, you should have received an email update from us with next steps. Both student and industry partner registration is still open for the new date, and we hope you can join us then!

Grow to Pro focuses on engineering professional development through two important skill areas: networking and interviewing. In a supportive environment, engineering students have the opportunity to practice these skills with the help of engineering industry partners and alumni. We provide advice and interview training for our students before the event. At the event, we focus on mock interviews in both 1-1 and panel interview settings. Grow to Pro also includes a networking lunch where students and engineering mentors can intentionally connect with one another through conversation and community. Free professional headshots will also be offered to all students who attend. We do not expect students to be experts in networking and interviewing to attend this event - our core message is all about growth and learning. Ready to Grow to Pro? Register today!

This event is free, and open to ALL OSU engineering students, staff, industry partners, alumni, and faculty.

Please note: due to the size and scope of this in-person event, proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test, taken within three days before the event, is required for all attendees. Additionally, in accordance with current State of Oregon policy, face coverings will be required for all attendees during the event, regardless of vaccination status, except when actively eating or drinking. More information will be provided as the event draws closer.
