Arek Engstrom, Graduate Assistant - Grand Challenge Scholars Program Coordinator
Arek Engstrom is a graduate assistant within the College of Engineering Leadership Academy focused on the Grand Challenge Scholars Program. His main responsibilities include organizing and promoting the College of Engineering's newest program: The Grand Challenge Scholars Program. He also helps assist with organization and event planning for the Leadership Academy, and works as a graduate research assistant in the Harper Nanotoxicology Laboratory. Arek is passionate about student's leadership and professional development and is excited to get Oregon State students involved in the GCSP and working towards solving the greatest challenges facing society in the 21st Century.
