Pillar: Inclusive

*NOTE: We plan for this workshop to be offered in-person in Johnson 221, pending any OSU COVID-19 policy changes. We will also broadcast the workshop remotely via Zoom for those who cannot attend in person. More information about Zoom access will be provided closer to the event.*

Everyday Inclusive Leadership is a way to approach your daily interactions with intention and purpose. Being an empathetic and inclusive leader is all about understanding your team and supporting them in the specific ways that they will enable them to thrive authentically. This workshop will encourage you to think about how you can bring inclusion to the forefront of your career, at school, and in your community.

Sneha Sinha is a recent Industrial Engineering graduate from OSU. During her time on campus she was heavily involved in student leadership through the engineering student council, leadership academy, and the center for diversity and inclusion. Over the last year she helped found an inclusive media start-up called the Parachute media where she created a community-based platform to enable and empower women and non-binary people of color to pursue authentic representation. Currently Sneha works as an analyst at Deloitte in the government and public sector practice.
