Emotional intelligence (EQ) is a major predictor of personal and professional success. EQ is the ability to understand one’s emotional make-up and the emotional make-up of others; to effectively manage and regulate one’s own emotions to make good decisions and to act effectively as a leader. In this session, Dave Chin (BusinessCoachofOregon) will administer the EQ assessment for participants, debrief results, and discuss how to more effectively capitalize on EQ as a leader.

To take the EQ assessment and have your results compiled by Dave Chin for the workshop, visit this linkPlease take the EQ assessment by Friday, April 10 so that your results can be included in the report and ready for the workshop!
