Michael Hermens is currently Change Management Director at Lehigh Hanson Inc. with 25 years of leadership experience. Mr. Hermens has been coaching senior executives in the successful implementation of organizational structure design, leadership development and culture change.
Hermens holds an MBA from Oregon State University, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Eastern Oregon University.
