Co-founder and Vice President of Operations for iovation, Molly O'Hearn, shared her perspectives on how to become a person of influence; developed through over 30 years of experience in the financial services and software technology industries working in cross-functional senior executives roles (marketing, public relations, corporate development, business operations).  O’Hearn’s insightshelped attendees better understand this critical element of leadership. 

O'Hearn holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from Oregon State University and a Master's of Business Administration degree from the University of Oregon.
